Should I buy another lens for holiday?

I'll be going to Florida on a family holiday in a few months and can't decide to make do with the lenses I currently have for my canon 450d (18-55mm kit lens, 50mm 1.8, sigma 70-300mm) or get a 18-200mm for convenience.

My problem is at the back of my mind I can't help but think that I'd only be getting the 18-200 for sake of the holiday rather than because I want it and also think the money would be better put towards photoshop cs5.

What to do?

You could update your kit lens to a tamron f2.8 or canon f2.8 version as it will give you better IQ and faster lens

I bought an 18-200 for hols & it now pretty much stays permanently on the camera due to its versatility
