Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 DC HSM

Just asking if anyone uses this lens on Canon 7D & what are your thoughts ?

I am after 1 lens that will be suitable for travelling very light when on holidays abroad and when on LONGGGGGGGG walks where i want to only carry essential equipment rather than a bag of lens's

This 1 lens will also be much lighter than my 24-70mm F2.8 & 70-200mm F2.8 i do realise that quality will not be as good as my 2 preferred L lens's but i am thinking more of convenience

What you gain in convenience you're going to lose in IQ. There's always a compromise when using a superzoom and IQ is usually the bit that's compromised. I'm not saying your photos will be poor, but they will definitely not be up to the quality of your 2 L lenses.
