SIGMA 50-500 OS VS 150-500 OS VS NIKON 300 F4 TC1.7

Hi,
I really need a lens for wildlife and surfing shots, but I really not sure what is the best? I don't think I will use the 50-150 much but is the 50-500 os sharper than the 150-500 os?? so many to choose from

The 50-500 OS is much sharper open wide than the 150-500 OS

yeah the 50-500mm is sharper wide open than the 150-500mm is at f8.
and also give alot more flexibility than the other 2.
