Sigma 50-500mm OS for sale second hand?

Hi,

Has anyone EVER seen one of these for sale second hand?
Either my searching is really bad or anyone that gets one of these keeps it!

I'm looking to get one at some point and I seem to be able to find anything but! That said unless it saw a real bargain and a known good one I'd buy new anyway, just for the warranty.

I could but as I'm selling the 400mm at the moment to fund it I cannot add a wanted ad... quite annoying.

There was one sold last month on a French nature forum that I read

I think anyone who has one of these lens will keep it, as it can produce some excellent results.

Have a 150-500 OS for sale, just replaced it with a 120-300 f2.8

Aye, the 150-500s are fairly easy to get (I used to have one), but the new OS, well hens teeth spring to mind!

A 150-500 OS for Canon sold in August on AVF. I've not seen a 50-500 for sale anywhere..

I'd of had that in a flash!!!!! I paid close to that for a non OS version!!!!!!
