Sigma 70-200mm f2.8EX DG Macro and Mk2

I was just about to buy a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8EX DG Macro then noticed there is a mk2 version, for a couple of hundred pounds more.
Looking at the specs, they appear to be similar, but Sigma say the optics are enhanced :help: , anybody know the difference? Is the mk 2 worth paying the extra for or is the original a good enough lens?

Thanks for the link, my worst fears were confirmed, I had to buy that lens. Bank account 0 Jessops 1
