Sigma 8mm fisheye lens.

Hi guys. I was wondering if any of you have either had or use the sigma 8mm lens and what your opinions are. I have a Canon 5D mkII body. But any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated. If possible could you show a sample of what it can do.

The above was taken on a Dx Nikon body (D200). It was shot looking vertically upwards and shows the sea at the top of the frame and the cliffs (including the base of them) at the bottom of the frame.

This one was shot on an FF body (D700) to get a 180° Panorama of the horizon so I was as careful as I could be to get it (the horizon) going through the centre of the frame to avoid curvature.

This final one was shot on the FF body and shows how wide it is. It was at less than arms' length (as far as the strap let me get it away from me!)

My lens is the older f/4 version.
 
It's possible to be far more creative than the above shots - they're the ones I have on Flickr for posting.
