The Sigma DP M's just capture so much detail

Two shots - not great but when you zoom in the detail is amazing - taken through glass one at f2.8 and one at f8

I have the 3 and the 1, plus 8 batteries ....... you have to put up with all the pain and sometimes say "never again" until you look at the shots, then you realise that they are just "special"

I had all 3 and although I don't miss them as such I shouldv'e kept one and will at some point get a 2 or 3 again. IQ is out of this world.

They're nowhere near as bad as the original Sigma DP1, and the results make the effort more than worth it

Sigma - I think that it is a pity that they have not got "their act together" - Body-wise and developed user friendly software to manage their images - plus battery life, plus ISO over ISO200, plus plus plus

Poor ISO is a consequence of Foveon design. Cant get round it afaik, its a trade off.

I have a DP2M, great picture quality, resolution and tonal qualities are excellent. Colour rendition is much improved from the SD15 I had before. However it is so clunky to use, it's like a view camera masquerading as a P&S !

Anyone used the quattros?
