Slide scanning service in London?

Hello!

I'm looking to get a bunch of slides scanned in (mainly Kodachrome). Can anyone recommend a company in London that's good/fairly cheap/clued up? I've found this chap who is fairly local to me, but I can't find any reviews anywhere....

...anyone got any tips?

These are not in London but have given me a good sample service. For Kodachrome's their an excellent service as they have a Nikon Coolscan 9000ED that can use Digital ICE infra-red scratch and dust reduction on Kodachromes unlike most scanners.
Excellent quality either JPEG's or uncompressed TIFF files, quite cheap at 25p per slide for 4000dpi or 15p for 1800dpi and they crop out the scanning mask/slide mount as well as restoring faded colours if you want. Theres a minimum £10 order value though and £7 for special delivery.

Per slide scanned which is an excellent price really

I have only used their sample service but the quality was excellent at 4000dpi with Digital ICE compared to another sample scan I had got from another company (easyslidescanning.co.uk) that also used 4000dpi and Digital ICE but seemed to have no idea of how to get it to look like the original at all with it seeming just very dark and underexposed unlike the original bright and saturated slide, scanitall were able to get it looking almost exactly the same though and I highly recommend them.
