SLR Help!

I need to photograph a show tomorrow
One hitch (for me) is using film for the first time! Yikes.
I need to freeze action, but the show is fairly dark, with obvious spoltlights!

Any ideas what ISO/ASA, Shutter speed etc. to use?

I have a Olympus OM2000 and a Praktica MTL5B, Which one is better?

You're in trouble there fella. Use the Olympus, with flash.

i'd use the iso it says on the film ( unless you want to push or pull it of course )
