Hi All,

A few B&W conversions from pictures taken at Pennington Flash Yesterday, Not sure on these as i don't really do much B&W unless its for selective colour.

Too many for me to critique individually.
Bur in general there are a lot of hot spots (burnt parts). With some the horizon is more or less in the centre, which doesn't work unless you have strong reflections in the water. There is no real subject matter to focus on in the landscapes, but you have done well with lead-in lines with a couple, it's just a pity they didn't lead to something interesting.
Not keen on some crops and heavy vignettes, although the portrait of the male mallard gave me a smile.

Just my humble opinion of course.

Some nice work with reasonable B&W conversions but I suspect that you would have got a much better response by putting this in the Landscapes section if you want it moving there just hit the

button in the corner of your opening post and request it's moved
