Hiya, just thought i'd post some photos to get the ball rolling..

I mainly take photos of birds and animals, I really enjoy it, so if anyone has any tips for that kind of photography it would be much appreciated!

Anyway

This was one of the first images taken with the Sigma 70-200 f2.8

Thereare only 6 images on there atm, as I'm relativitly new to photography. But I enjoy it :D

Dan ,those are good, although the sparrow and the dog would both probably stand a sharpen. Lovely pose you've caught with the swan - you can be really proud of that one. If it's a crop you might want to experiment with crops which don't place the swan in the centre of the frame , depending on the surroundings of course.

Look how well the dog portrait works because you've left some space for him to look into the frame. The sparrow might benefit from a similar crop too.

Very good work though. :)

The swan is probally my most favourite to date, I was actully in a bush when I took it hehe. The sparrow could definetly do with a crop, your right.

Agree with the others ... a very nice set of pics to start the ball rolling !

And Larry does it for me ... but then you would have to know the history for that (clue's in the words !).
