Something a little different.

My mate asked me to take some shots of his car. So we did the usual stuff then i said that during the last half hour we will do something different.

Any way he didn't like the 'normal' shots and now has this hanging on his wall at the top of the stairs. I know this is not for everyone but i'm interested in peoples opinions..

I think the idea has merit, but it doesnt quite work for me. I think I like the car, but the headlights spoil it. Still thinking....

What have you done?

I can't tell if the car is stationary and the blur is because of shake or if you were attempting to pan the car? Or both?

Ok, as i thought. Not for everyone.

We wanted something a little abstract and arty. Maybe it was a little too 'different' to strike a cord.

If you had been moving at the same speed as the car, so it was sharp with the background blurred, then that'd be a good shot.
I can see the appeal, but it just doesn't work for me personally.
