Can anyone tell me what adapter I need to use the older Sony DSLR flashes in my A7R and RX10?

I am looking to get myself a used flash which will provide full auto and there seem to be lots of the older units about.
 
you need one with the better minolta style shoe on top, with the craptastic mis shoe on the bottom, the offical sony one is £25 quid last time i looked, and theres a generic one for about a tenner
 
Thanks for that - do you know what the reference/model number is for the adapter?
 
I have the Sony adapter for my a7 and works on hvl42am and works on the hvl20am which then triggers the hvl42am for off camera flash.
