Both well taken shots .......but that first one doesn't look like a happy bird at all.......seems to have plucked out its own feathers, a classic sign of problems!

Thanks Crusher! I know the poor bird!!! At least my parrots don't look like that

No.1 one is posed nicely pity the wings are clipped at the bottom, as mentioned by Crusher not a happy chappy!, nice clear portrait of the peacock aswell!

I totally agree with crusher. Have you reported the condition of this bird? This a clear indication of depression--these birds are extremely sensitive and pulling out feathers is a way of demonstrating that. Please, write a letter or make a call to help this poor creature! Beautiful shots, by the way!
