THis is my first post, and really my first proper trip out with the camera, interested on thoughts of how they look

and another one

No touch up and I already am aware that they are a little over exposed but that is what I was going for to begin with.......

I'll add my welcome to that of Ven's.



#1 is a little too close for comfort but you get a great idea of the scale of the building. #2 has too black a sky and some blown highlights where the spotlights are lighting the walls. Best to try this type of shot when there is still a little light in the sky that the camera can record.

I like the angle of no1 as well but would like to see more of the cathedral.

I know this building well passing it most days like the angles and as you say no2 needs pulling back a bit
