Hopefully somebody more PC literate may be able to help me solve a problem with drivers for a Spyder2 that I'm trying to use.
I installed the Spyder2Pro software OK but when I plug in the Spyder Windows XP Pro identifies that it's found a new USB device but then tells me that there is an error with it and it might not work.
When I check in device manager it gives me the message :
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
I've uninstalled the device, I've uninstalled the drivers via Hardware Manager, I've updated the drivers but to no avail.
Hardware Manager is showing 2 entries for the drivers
Windows\system32\WdfCoinstaller01001.dll &
Windows\system32\drivers\spider2.sys
Any help in resolving this would be gratefully received as I'm now stumped and frustrated
Thanks
Alistair
