ST-E3-RT with Non-Canon Cameras

If this is not possible I am tempted by the YN-E3-RT which apparently can

I want to use a 600EX-RT off camera with a Ricoh GR, it works on the hot shoe - but will not fire using the ST-E3-RT unless I use the test button.

Is there anything I can do to make this work?

OK, your best bet is something like YN 622 which triggers The master flash. The master can then control (in M mode obviously) all the other RT flashes.

Or just use a proper camera and make it simple

hah cheers, I did decide to order the YN-E3-RT then when I get it sell my ST-E3-RT

with the IR assist it will help my DSLR too.
