Spot the cat.

So i got within 2.86 meters (9'4 inches) of this Leopard Cat (Prionailurus bengalensis) before it disappeared. I spotted the exact same cat again a little down the road, and this time, I got within 1.43 meters (4'8") of it! This image was cropped though. Taken with a 60mm macro lens. What a lucky night!

Excellent set Kurt and it certainly looks like you had a great eve.

I'm guessing the cat is quite elusive.

Purrrfect photos Kurt :)

Kurt, I don't know where to start on commenting on all of these but to sum it up "Excellent".(y)

George.

Love is in the air it seems!

Congrats on the Leopard Cat! It's a real beauty. Do you see them often?

I'd love the opportunity to shoot wild cats. I want to arrange a trip to shoot the Iberian Lynx if possible. Need to get myself a big lens first though...

Thanks, Bryn. Yep, the cat really made my night. Been to that forest many times, but first time seeing this cat :)

Thanks, Timmy. My first time seeing this cat after many trips to this forest. It'd be cool to see and photography Siberian Lynx. Canon 400 F5.6 is quite affordable :)
