Hi guys

Just got a 21mm lens I'll use for some group portraits next weekend. I tested the lens and the room (my garage, now dubbed 'the studio) as i wanted to check the speeds and also had a few things to experiment with in my dev. stage.

Here are a few Polaroid shots I used to begin with, which gave me the impetus to get into the garage with more kit (though these were taken half way up my stairs!)

Now these are strictly as a joke to leave around the house for my housemates to find :)

As you can see I'm still getting used to this focal length. Used a 28mm for a long time and prefer wider lenses in general, so I have quite a comprehensive setup if I use these lenses on my cropped sensor R-D1 (32mm and 40mm instead of 21mm and 28mm). Think I'll sell the 28 and but a 35, or possibly buy a 35 in addition to the 28 as it fits both bodies really nicely (M4P has 28mm lines and the R-D1 has 28mm calibration in VF)

Sorry, I'm rambling

Nice shots. The sharpness and the tonality of the B&W is just superb. I take it that this was a Leica 21mm?

Excellent stuff, I love the Bond pastiche. One thing though, in No 6 it looks you have the BIGGEST HANDS IN THE WORLD.

Thanks!! I do have large hands (bass player and expert masseuse)

Maybe we could see some Polaroids of your Vigier bass collection :naughty: (if you haven't sold them all to buy more cameras :D)!?

Like the 'Bond' shots very much, BTW ;).
