Hi all,

my brother is looking for a bag to keep his Lumix G2 safe. Something small and sturdy that will keep it safe, that he can then put into a larger backpack or whatever. He doesn't have any extra lenses or filters or anything, so he doesn't really need anything with lots of compartments (although potential for one or two accessories in the future would be a bonus).

Right now he's given me this one to look at, but I can't find any reviews on it, which makes me a bit wary. Price range is about £30.

Any suggestions?

How about Lowepro Terraclime 100, only £10 from Jessops at the moment. I find it small enough to fit into my laptop bag, can just use the padded camera wrap which on its own if you sticking it into another bag or well just use it as intended as it's a very compact shoulder bag. Still big enough to fit my Canon 20D fitted with Sigma 18-50, spare nifty fifty lens, some filters (has front pockets which fit Hoya filter plastic packaging perfectly) and couple of batteries.

+1

I use one of these on occasion and find I can comfortably carry a d-slr with kit lens, a long zoom, some memory cards and my iPad.

Well made and hard wearing as well.
