I have started to use fabric, as it gives a softness and added texture.

Cracking shot, I also thought of oil painting so I ran it through pixle blender oil painting and it looked interesting I'll PM it to you.
Edit I cant find a way to attach it to a PM mate.

Just having a catch up session on the images in "Creative" and this one stopped me in my tracks

Excellent composition, lovely exposure and great choice of props - but what stands out to me are the choices of Background and the Blue Voile.

Processing takes it "just off" the photo-realism spectrum hence the comments of it's "painterly" vibe - something I've enjoyed playing with in my own shots from time to time.
