Maybe a little more depth of field so it easier to work out that its a sunflower? Unless I read your explanation It would have taken me a while to work out what it was
thanks for the comments I really appreciate them. when taking it I wanted to make the droplet the subject of the image with the background clearly reflected in it. I was stuck between getting the whole sunflower in (but the droplet was too small) or a larger droplet (not being able to tell what the back ground it). May have to revisit this again some time.
The advice I was given when taking refraction shots was to take two and stack them - one with the focus on the drop, one with the focus on the refraction image itself. I think this would have given more definition.
