Syncing Google Contacts with Mac

I have been using Google Calendar for a while and love the way I can keep all my calendars synchronised.

I have been trying to do the same with contacts and I am almost there.

I have set up the address book on my Macbook to synchronise with Google.

I have set up my Blackberry to do the same.

When I delete a contact in the Mac, it synchronises with google and replaces the deleted contact.

Is there a way to make deleting a contact on one device (Mac, web, Blackberry) delete it on all the devices?
