No problem Ali. Taking into account what you say, the best advice I could possibly offer if I were to be a little brutal and honest is don't be put off if things don't take off straight away and you make a loss at first.
Very few businesses are initially successful and do take time and a lot of hard work and so long as you are careful, willing to ride out any hard times and always have a contingency plan, even if it's a small backup stash of cash to keep the stress levels down then the reward of it turning into a successful business are totally worth it - especially when you can say that it's all yours and you did it.
An old generalistic (is that a word?? hehe) saying which is currently grating away at me is you'll never get rich working for someone else. I've spent many many years looking after other people's financials and making sure their businesses are safe - I get paid but they get rich. I've got nothing to show for it; they have a successful company.
Perhaps an additional bonus to having a successful business is that you are also securing a good future for any kids you have if they are interested in it. You don't have to rely on others to a certain extent.
