I have a Tamron Adaptall 2 35-70mm 1-3-5 CF Macro lens ive had this from new and used it on my Olympus OM 1 with exellent results, and am thinking about getting an adapter for my Nikon D90. Can any one give me any tips of how this will work with this camera.

Well the good news is an adapter will only set you back about 20 pounds. The bad news is that the camera won't meter will manual lenses so you'll be stuck in m mode, and you will obviously need to set the aperture on the lens itself and focus manually.
