Telescopic Handle/Boom for Softbox

Anyone know Where I can get a cheap a Telescopic Extendable Handle so I can have assistant hold my softbox whilst on location?

Dunno how sturdy it is though. I know that one -very- famous photographer's studio makes their own because nowhere sells an ideal product (at any price point)- basically a heavy duty lightstand with the legs and bottom bits taken off, and rubber like a tennis racket grip wrapped around it. Really comfortable to use.

I got one with my lastolite softbox, and it is fine for the job and from what I remember it was cheap enough..
