Tempted to buy a NEX, anything better?

I thought the same when I looked at Jessops. The silver NEX 3 kits seem to be about £80 cheaper than the black ones for some reason :shrug:

I just hope Play aren't going to cancel my order and tell me I have to reorder it for whatever reason.

Nah they can't do anything legally I don't think. You have paid the advertised price of £268 and so you will get it for that much and they can't do anything, it's their responsibility to price check

Hopefully that's true. I can just imagine them saying the stock system was wrong and it's actually not in stock so they are canceling my order or something.
Fingers crossed that won't happen though and I'll have it in the next couple days.

The silver3 and 16mm kit is back down £50 to £400 now. Still dearer than the silver5 and 16mm though!

Got an email, my Nex has been dispatched.

Hate to say it but it usually takes around 3 days so I'd be looking at Friday/Saturday if you can wait that long

Nah I'll manage, I have films to dev and print so plenty to keep me busy.

Got my Nex this morning, battery took too long to charge and I couldn't take it out with me but I'v been snapping away around the house.

Maybe this thread could become a Nex owners thread?
