The other thread on speed converters made me think
I had a couple of wide angle converters from 2008 when I got my first 4/3 Olympus, but have never tried one on a M43 camera
Results are not too bad. Had to go down the road to find something square.
Taken with a GX9 and 12-60 lens at 12mm
This shows the distortion and slight vignetting
To show the field of view I lined the left side of the building roughly on the left side of the frame.
Below, without the converter
Above with the converter
And then to see how much quality is lost (looking at the same image area)
below without the converter
above with the converter
And finally, what the OP on the other post was looking at, a 50mm prime (Pentacon 1.8/50) on a Panasonic G5
below without the converter
That will have to be another post, too many files
