Though I usually enjoy viewing your images Roger, I cant say I care for the processing on this one.
On my monitor, the buildings and people look HDR while the sky looks flat & lifeless.
Jmho of course, and it appears Im on my own with it, so of course, feel free to ignore!

fair comment, I wanted to give a little more depth to the characters so I applied a light touch of tonemapping. I agree there is some evidence of that around the tops of the buildings and it did leave the sky a bit flat. I think i will try Les' suggestion of a b&w on the original image and see how that goes. Thanks for the feedback.
