That one does not do much for me, John.
Too much detail lost in shade (esp. foreground rocks). Looks like the white balance needs adjusting because there is a blue cast. You were not blessed with a sky that had much detail which does not help. better luck next time.

I feel like its a lil dark overall and the rocks in the foreground are lacking detail. some shots work with one colour but I don't feel this does unfortunatly
