Well not really the Dragons Den :D
As of Yesterday I have seen a few Dragonflies about, very skittish to say the least.
Not sure which one of the 1st 2 shots I like best.
ID anyone?

Hi Graham, glad you've finally found some. Both are Red-veined Darters (sympetrum fonscolombii). #3 is male. ~1 and 2 look like females.
 
Nice finds and shot is the red dot on the female a mite?

You haven't taken a profile shot so can't tell if that dot is on both set of wings :D

Thanks Bryn, TBH I think it is a mite, I did notice it after upload. Sorry no George shot of this one :D;)

Hi and thanks yes this year's dragons and this was the 2nd day I have seen any. I'm afraid I'm in a warmer climate than you, I'm in the south of France :cool: it's been about 25 ish today.
