For me #3 just takes it due to the shapes, the form and the aspect
But its a tough call between that and #1

The composition in the first looks just off centre and slightly wonky although this could be the lines in the background giving me this impression.

Thanks for the comments guys. Trevr you are 100% correct. To take that photo I had to slide under a security barrier whilst avoiding the watchful eyes of the guards because the upper area is off limits. To say the image was rushed is an understatement That's why the composition is slightly out. BUT I have been dying the get up there and take that shot.
