For just over a week this steam hauled excursion has been working round the country with various locos in charge.
The final leg was from York to Kings Cross and I managed to get a shot on my way home from work.
So here's 60019 "Bittern" just north of Doncaster............. the sun came out just after the train had passed! :bang:
For anyone wondering about the extra tender, it's a water carrier so that the loco can go further without stopping.
Following the train was this film crew, fame at last.
and before anyone mentions rotor blur I didn't have time to change the shutter speed.
Makes a change from all the "rate my ride" stuff lately!!!
