Cheers for all the lovely comments! I wanted to move away from the standard 3 drops on a CD, so I painstakingly placed every single drop...

Nah not really, but I really like the effect! I took a few and had a nightmare with my lights getting the right angle but it worked in the end - hurrah!

As for setup. Water, CD, Macro lens and desk lamp, shuffle about for many minutes till you find the right angle then shoot!
