Afraid I have to disagree on that sky.
It seems that the midtones in the main subject have been sacrificed in favour of excessively taming the sky's highlights - it needs to be a stop or two brighter.
The colour is also a little too cool for my taste.

A shame about the background really, I think it's a bit distracting, but I guess you probably didn't have much of a choice there! If you could, you should revisit it on a day with better lighting to get a bit more contrast in it, if it were me I'd choose an angle where the bg is simpler and maybe a lower aperture to chuck it as far out of focus as possible. Well spotted though - thats a wicked subject!
