The Midland Pullman set ran from Maidenhead to Scarborough and back this week and it's seen here crossing the River Aire at Brotherton where once the mighty Ferrybridge C power station cooling towers used to dominate the skyline, now sadly demolished.

Same day, different location, a Trans Pennine set amongst the rapeseed fields of the Yorkshire Wolds returning from Scarborough.
