Just a quick (y) for Giottos - well their UK distributor - Daymen.

The one of the spirit levels on my MH5001 head went on a walk of it's own on one of my trips to the Yorkshire Dales. Sent an enquiry asking how I could get hold of a replacement level - the response was "give us your address and we'll send one out free of charge as a goodwill gesture".

Arrived in the post yesterday and now fitted to the head.

So credit where credit's due :)

Wow I had just the opposite experience with them. Finally gave up and went to B&H and bought replacement feet for mine. I'm glad you had a good experience wish I could say the same.
 
I'm guessing we're at the mercy of the importers for things like this - sound like us Brits have the better deal!
