todays river walk

decided to go for a walk with my 2 oldest girls to the river(raining so only took the k7 and 50-200m wr lens,(hopefully to see the kingishers)no luck didnt see much really,
only a couple herons to far away, no bops,just a sont thrush and these swallows, not the best shoots but were taliking about the pentax k7 and a kit lens(not bad really)not up to d300 af speed.

Great captures on the Swallows Scott Getting them in the frame is one thing, getting them in focus is a different ball game

Really great attempts at Swallows in flight, an almost impossible task on a walk. My favourite is the Song Thrush, as it's a bird that has eluded me as yet.... Well,,, (whisper) so too have Swallows. Well done Scott.
