Anyone having problems contacting Lee at Togsprint/Togsfriend? I spoke to him on Thursday but haven't had contact with him since and the two phone numbers I have for him are out of order? Anyone else having difficulties?

EDIT: Ignore, just did a thread search and have found Lee's post saying that he's moved into new premises this weekend. Hopefully get back into touch with him soon!

Morning.

Yeah - the lovely telecoms company didn't turn up on Saturday to commission the new lines. Therefore we have no dialling in or out!

I've been on the phone to them this morning and given them a piece of my mind.

Best form of communication is via email at present :)

I'll update the master thread with the new local numbers once we're up and running.

Cheers

Lee

Not waiting on BT openreach are you Lee? Good luck, for a communications company BT have no idea about communicating between their departments. We were without phones for 2 weeks after they botched our move and we only moved to the unit on the opposite side of the corridor.

Hi Kev

Luckily not!

BT have told me the existing line would take a month to move! How the hell does that work?! There are 6 lines into our new building - all with BT stickers on and external numbers on. Yet BT are unable to trace where those numbers ever were - so want to charge me new connection fees too.

I have a piece of my mind ready to hurl at them!

It's actually NTL Business I'm waiting on. They were supposed to turn up on Saturday but no show. Rang them and they told me the wrong date - next Saturday...

So - an absolute nightmare as far as I'm concerned!

we had a similar problem with BT when we moved buildings at work, we asked for ten lines to be put in and they send out a guy to to 2 then someone to do 3  took ages

we had a postcode problem also, they fitted lines then said we didnt have a post code, not sure how that got sorted

good luck sorting things out Lee
