Trankilandia Colombia Aug 2023 part2

You called this a plant but there is a lot of water, It's very unusual. Is it a not an algae? Is it growing in the ground under the water? Is that what makes it a plant? I looked at the flicker page and love the ones that you probably shared in the first part. Great portfolio highlighting a unique plant.

I am glad that you liked it, it is a water plant which is not algae I am not an expert so can't explain why it is not an alga

However this is also says that this part is only found in one part of Colombia - and that is not correct. It is actually two mountain ranges where it can be found.
