Well i like it, I think though I might have been tempted to clone out some of the (trailers?) in the foreground to give it a complete silloette (sp?).

I like it as it is. Lovely powerful coloutrs and a sharp tree

Color and contrast are fine but I've been trying to put my finger on what creates tension in me when viewing this photo, rather than feeling that day's-end peace that such photos usually create. I finally decided it's the placement of the tree, dominating the right half of the photo, giving it a very heavy, lopsidedness.

It's all personal opinion, of course.
