i quite like it, looks like a good lonely tree, maybe if the sunlight wasnt so direct, maybe if you could have hidden it behind the trunk it could look great.

I *shudder* to say it, but I think this would be awesome HDR'd or just PP to make the grass a lot more green and bright?

It would make an awesome desktop BG!

Would be a better shot from a lower angle, and with a Grad ND and CPL.

Would bring out the detail and depth in the sky, aswell as keeping the ground and tree exposed well
