Turning a pic into a negative

Hi

I need to change a picture into a negative... I know I need to change it to B&W but not sure what i need to do then.

I am using Photoshop elements 4.

Any help greatly apprecaited.

In photoshop go to image/adjustments/invert, this will give you a negative image of your original. black and white or colour.
