Scotland Upcoming meteor shower

Hi all,

I'll be in Livingston, Scotland, on the 11th Aug and this is one of the nights the meteor shower is set to peak.

Do any of you know of locations which would be ideal to shoot the event? I'm willing to travel an hour or so around the area

An hour out from Livingston will get you quite far. I'd be tempted to try north of the bridge if I wanted really dark skies.
