Upgrade to D5000 or stick with D3000?

Been offered a fairly decent upgrade price for my D3000 to a D5000 - should I do it?

Is the quality of the images from the D5000 noticeably better? I believe the low light quality is better which would be good as there is noise at ISO800 on the D3000 which is annoying. The dynamic range is supposed to be better on the 5000 also. I think the live view might be useful sometimes but sure about the swivel screen. This video mode would almost never be used.

What do you guys reckon?
 
Not really sure if you are getting much of an upgrade buddy maybe a d3200 would be a better fit for you.

Could you explain why you say thw 5000 wouldn't be much of an upgrade and why the 3200 would be better for me? The upgrade price on the 3100 isn't much more than the 5000, would that be a viable upgrade instead?
 
I am pretty sure that both d3000 and the 5000 share the same sensor. so you won't see much difference ISO wise
