vauxhall gsi turbos.

I've had it said to me, as i'm sure plenty of people on here have but sorry they are pretty bad pics. Can't really find anything that is pleasing to the eye. The 2nd is the 'best' of the bunch. They look very Auto Traderish.

Ok cool, I won't comment on the cars as I may have already upset you enough!

Have to agree, 2 and 3 the best, the only ones really positioned and "posed" for photographically. They're nice motors, so get back out there and do them justice (y)

Did you get discount for getting them the same colour? Joking mate, I think 'normal' vehicles are hard to take pictures off, if they are exotica then it has done half the work for you. A guy on here had some GT3 pics and they look immense, have a look, and see if you can replicate some of the basic ones.

Surely this site is for showing off photographs and car forums are for showing off cars ??

If pictures get posted on here they would normally have some form of merit or a question as to where the tog is going wrong.

You wouldn't find a picture in the portrait section saying I know it's completely out of focus but don't you think she's worth a quick sh@g??

sorry marcos but i dont see anywhere it states that pics posted must be posted for feedback.
Yes this is a photography site, and it does have a section for transport and motor sport as well as many other interest, and as far as i know a car and a people carrier transport people.
so why do i need to go to a car forum to show them off..
And also have i not said at any point i dont want critisim,
And people post lots of duff shots thats how we learn and improve.

Firstly, nice cars, nice colours, gash wheels.

Secondly, in terms of how to improve in future, I'd say it's all about location, location, location.

GFWilliams shoots cars - all very exotic stuff - and you can tell he puts thought into where to shot as well as what to shoot. Car porn is all about getting the car to look amazing and doing it in a cul-de-sac won't help you on that front. Here's a linky to some of GF's stuff....

You could also think about a bit of off-camera flash. Helps to bring shine to paintwork and control shadows.

Like already said, at the moment they're the kind of shots you send to Autotrader when you're selling. With some thought you can make them look a million dollars :)

As above they do look, Autotraderish as in just poitn and shoot,

Try getting a better back drop and geting "different" angles on them, why oh why has your brother done this to a GSI when theres only 1200 of them left....ok do the engine mods but the wheels, they need to be auxhalls snowflakes IMHO.

Any how as above look around at oher car pics for inspiration :D

oh and AOC AON etc preffer no registration plates showing to limit car cloning, ie you own cars in devon, stops somebody in scotland (for example) using your plates on a similar car, ie blue zaffy or astra and doing hit n run, stealing petrol etc etc
