Very confused about hama tripod???

Hi,
I've seen a hama 74 tripod in my local wildings for £35 I'm assuming it was the gamma 74 as it had an option to tilt the camera for portrait shots.
However I can't find these tripods online, I can only find the 'star' tripod which don't appear to tilt?
Can anyone shed any light on this, the star ones on amazon are very cheap, but i really liked the ones i saw in store!

I think it is! Gosh wildings price suddenly looks good, does anyone know if its better than the 'star' range??
