Beginner Video Light Advice Please

My daughter teaches dance to young children and has had to replace her classes with online live videos via FaceBook. At the mo she is videoing with her iPhone in her sitting room but the light is very poor. What lighting would you recommend? Needs to light her whole body. We are aiming at a bit of an improvement not studio perfection. Second hand or low-cost would be ideal.

depends on the size of the area. they are quite bright .
