video with Nikon D810

Normally i video withmy camcorder not with this camera. However videoing before I was getting "flicker" in a recording. Bit of head scratching and came up with the answer. The monitor works at 60khz and the Nikon D810 left in auto appears to be 50khz. So altered to 60khz and no more flickering. I should have thought of that before!
So for anyone else with the same issue check what your monitor works at first.
