Wow - #1 and #2 are awesome! I am not so sure about #3 sorry, but really do love the first two x

Think you've got your focal lengths the wrong way round on 1 and 2. The first one shows quite a bit of wide angle lens distortion. Quite well exposed though.
#3 doesn't work. It looks under exposed rather than silhouetted and it is not really a strong composition either. Nice and sharp
